Consensus

I'm trying out a new template for the blog. What is the consensus? Do you prefer this new one or the old one? Please vote in the comments section of the blog.

Looks good, except for that dang pidgeon. Maybe use the Oldsquaw shot instead. ;>)

Nice format. Love reading your posts on the right side of the page with archives etc on the left.
Flows well.

PS. Love the pidgeon. When will you have the "name that pidgeon" contest? ;)

Uh-Oh! I just removed the pigeon and replaced it with the Boat Basin Oldsquaw. You win, Blair. ;^)
We can still have a "name the pigeon" contest.

I like it. And I've really enjoyed your blog since finding it a few weeks ago. I've lived here since September and every once in a while I realize I haven't seen the ocean for a couple of weeks, which is totally depressing, so I've really enjoyed your updates and pictures.

Martie,
I vote for any version without your pigeon !

You got it, the dang pigeon is gone. I haven't seen him around for a long time anyway.

My (minority) opinion is in favor of the old style. It seemed more colorful and more tidy ... and it was more apparent which things were clickable links. Anyway- its all good. This is a great blog and always informative. A nice place to visit.
Thanks,
B

Eventually I want to create my own template with a picture I took of the waterfront. In the meantime, I can work on customizing this template and make the clickable links more apparent. Stay tuned. Thanks for the compliments. :^)

I like the new one but the font sizes are just a smidge too big...
