The tender to the spud barge that has been working in the Boat Basin sunk last night. I helped the guys dewater her this morning. She was towed to Children's Beach where a local boatyard hauled her out to flush the engine. I'm letting the crew of the barge use my scallop boat as a tender while theirs is getting fixed. Here are a few pictures I took of the sinking-
Never a dull moment down around the waterfront.

Spud Barge
A little spud barge came into the Boat Basin overnight last night. This morning they started work in the area near the A&P. I'm not sure what they were doing but it looked like they were taking core samples.

Spring Morning
Beautiful day out on the water today. I took a few pictures while I was scalloping.
Sunrise-
Reflections-
I met up with diver, Tim Mooney today out on the water. Tim gets his limit of scallops by diving for them. He does very well. I towed him around an area with one of my dredges so he could get an idea of what was on the bottom. We covered a lot of ground and found some good spots where there were scallops.
