I was glad to see personnel from the Marine Department adding a light to the Polpis Harbor entrance buoy #2 today. Folks navigating at night without radar or GPS will find the lighted buoy a nice feature.

Video of the Cormorant Rookery
Went out to check on the cormorant rookery at the end of the east jetty. The birds are doing well. I did not see any babies yet. I counted at least thirty nests. Here's a video clip I shot while I was out there-
